Investment Policy

The Board of Directors developed and approved an investment policy in 1995. The policy was amended and restated in January 2002.

The policy:

• Establishes policies and guidelines for Foundation investments.
• Establishes the criteria and standards of performance which the investment manager(s) are expected to meet.
• Communicates the investment objectives, risk tolerance, guidelines and performance criteria to the investment manager(s).
• Serves as a guide to the Directors’ ongoing oversight of the funds investments.
